The Store Keys are the psych pop collaboration featuring Stevie Jackson of Belle and Sebastian, Marco Rea and Stuart Kidd (The Wellgreen), Roy Moller and Lorne Cowieson. This is the debut single release, limited to 500 copies on 7" vinyl. The B-Side features the song Red Light from 'Wellgreens' the debut album by The Wellgreen.

The release is on Barne Society Records, sister label of Starla.##

Starla 1003 Has Arrived! - Hear it Now...

Well folks, the third Starla 45 has arrived in the shape of The Privates Hammond Orchestra with "The Chop" . The main track is a rocking instrumental follow-up to the band's debut release on RecordKicks earlier this year. Over on the B-Side there is a version of Nat Adderley's "Work Song" in the inimitable Privates style.

The record was debuted at Friday Street (Scotland's Premier Mod Club) over the weekend by Guest DJ Mark Robb and the reception so far has been fantastic. We were selling them to the dancers in the street outside at 3am!
